Orange County has more
drug rehabilitation facilities than other places because their nonviolent
offenders who are drug addicts and alcoholics are sent to the facility instead
of going to jail or prison. These facilities are” probation approved”. This
just sounds like an easy way out for the criminals to me. There are also people that go to these
facilities that are not criminals. This sounds
like a way to keep the jails and prisons from being crowded with nonviolent
criminals. I think that they should just
build more jails.
