Molly is gaining popularity for many reasons. When it
initially started its climb, it was a drug that could be purchased very
cheaply. Since it has gained popularity the price has gone up. The other huge
factor contributing to the rise of Molly is its portrayal in the media. There
are many songs that glorify the use of Molly and encourage teenagers to use it.
The power of the media is incredible. Many rappers have come out with songs
talking about their use of Molly. This only encourages Molly’s use in young
people. Children and teenagers will always be curious about whatever is being
promoted by the latest pop icon. In this case, the use of Molly is being
supported and promoted to the youth. Molly is also advertised as the pure form
of MDMA. This makes it seem better and more enticing. These are just some of
the reasons that Molly is sky rocketing to the top of the drug list.
